Union County Timberland for Sale

Looking for that hunting tract that offers just about everything?...then look no further than the Hogan #12 (#03019-004096) which is a ±80-acre tract of timberland located in southwestern Union County about twenty miles southwest of El Dorado, AR and fifteen miles west-northwest of Junction City, AR.  The west boundary of the tract is the Columbia-Union County line.  The property can be accessed via woods road off Union RD 203, a.k.a Salem Cemetery Road.  The whole tract features a merchantable stand of mixed hardwood and pine.  Being located on the edge of Cornie Creek Bottom, the topography is generally flat with the timber being predominantly bottomland hardwood.  The tract was selectively harvested around 2013 and was left with an excellent stand of timber.  A detailed timber inventory report is available upon request.  Where it is deer, turkey, hogs, or small game such as squirrels, the Hogan #12 Tract may be timberland and hunting investment you have been looking for!  (Mineral rights are not included.)

Directions:  From the intersection of Salen Road with US-63 (Jolly’s corner) in southwest Union County, travel northward on Salem Road 4.3 miles and turn left onto Union CR-203, a.k.a. Salem Cemetery Road.  Travel along Union-203 for 1.1 miles to the cemetery turn off and continue southwesterly for another 0.6 miles and take a right onto a woods road.  Follow the the woods road another 0.8 miles to the northeast part of the property.
