Kurt’s involvement in the family farming operation for the past 30 years has provided a strong foundation for his work as an agent dealing with agricultural properties.
Working in the real estate business since 1996, his knowledge base has expanded to include development, commercial and recreational properties which often involves situations focusing on planning and zoning, 1031exchanges, government programs, lease options, and wetlands mitigations among others.
In 2006, Kurt’s first year with United Country Missouri Land & Home in Columbia, MO, he ranked 23rd in the nation with the franchise. Kurt is now broker/owner of United Country Missouri Land & Home. The recent office awards received under his guidance further illustrates his professional care and expertise with each project, whether it be a traditional real estate or auction listing. During his leadership, in 2009, the company was awarded the United Country Master Salesman. In 2010 & 2011, the office was ranked respectively as the #2 & #4 United Country franchise nationwide in total sales volume. And most recently, the Columbia office was named the #1 office in the nation in 2012 and the #2 office in both 2014 & 2013.
With a continuing focus on growth and customer service, Kurt and his commercial team formed an additional Columbia, MO office, United Country-Commercial in 2012. Kurt also serves as the corporate United Country Real Estate’s National Farm Director. He is also a member of the Rural Land Institute (RLI) serving as the President-Elect for the Missouri chapter.
Darrell R. Dahl

Graduated University of Wisconsin – Platteville with a degree in Agribusiness in 1990. Attended Missouri Auction School in 1993 and Established Dahl Real Estate in 1995.
Joined United Country in April of 2007.
Illinois Licensed Auctioneer, Illinois Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Illinois Managing Real Estate Broker since 1995.
In the past 20 years Darrell has personally handled transactions involving thousands of acres at public auction and traditional brokerage of Illinois farmland as well as recreational land for families, corporations, and partnerships.
Darrell grew up on a family farm and is currently active in agriculture with family farm operation involving cash grain and livestock production.

David graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and fell in love with the community and unique culture of the Hub City – Pine Belt region. With over 24 years of sales experience and knowledge of specialty real estate, he is now a partner with the sales team at United Country – Gibson Realty. United Country – Gibson Realty was named the largest land brokerage in the Southeast by Land Report Magazine in 2011 and is one of the region’s largest and most successful real estate firms.
