This offering has 433.58 acres that are in Conservation Reserve Program through September 30th of 2023.  The CRP acreage has a good stand of grass across a large area with some slope and terraces.  There is also the presence of some cover on the CRP which will provide decent cover for both quail and deer.

Texas Cattle Grazing Opportunity on Native Rangeland

Opportunity for native range grazing on 200+/- acres with several trees for shade or wind block.  Some of this land is situated off breaks and in large drainage that would provide good cover from north wind in the winter.

The conservation portion of this tract is comprised primarily of Miles Fine Sandy Loam, Miles Loamy Fine Sand, Motley Loam, Frankirk Loam, and Obaro Loam.  The native grass fenced pasture is comprised of primarily Quinlan Loam, Obaro Loam and Obaro-Burson complex in the steeper areas.
